Due to a recent unfortunate incident where a puppy was stolen after a house visit, I now require a refundable down payment of 50% of the puppy’s price before scheduling any appointments to view the puppies. This down payment serves as a guarantee to protect against theft and helps to cover any potential losses if a puppy is stolen.
The down payment will be refunded in full if you choose not to purchase the puppy after viewing it and if there are no issues during your visit. This money will be returned to you in person, in my house, once the decision is made.
This payment also serves to reserve the puppy for you, ensuring that we do not offer the puppy to anyone else until you have had the chance to visit and make your decision. Due to high demand and limited availability, we’ve adopted this policy to give priority to those who are serious about purchasing.
